SoldAfter climbing around on the rocks in this beautiful area for at least an hour I finally chose a spot and enjoyed painting these ferns and little cascade of water.

I agree completely. Makes me wish I could spend a little time in the woods...perhaps someday.
This is the best picture you have posted from your trip to Washington. Maybe I just like the image of running water. It's been raining here for days...after a long period of hot and dry weather. The water looks cool and inviting. I haven't gotten tired of it yet.
